We are actively working to enhance the accessibility of our digital platforms in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards. Our commitment is to ensure equitable access for all users, including those with disabilities.
Work in Progress:
- Audit and Evaluation: weekly accessibility audit using automated tools and manual reviews by certified accessibility professionals. As of this writing, the last certification compliance audit was completed 12/09/2024.
- Design Enhancements: Updating user interface elements to meet contrast, focus management, and keyboard navigation standards.
- Assistive Technology Testing: Testing compatibility with screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA) and voice recognition software.
- Content Updates: Ensuring all content has appropriate headings, alternative text for images, and descriptive links.
- Interactive Elements: Refining forms, dropdown menus, and dynamic content for improved usability.
- Training and Awareness: Providing accessibility training to design, development, and content teams.
